Eligibility for Refunds
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used earbuds and headphones (for hygiene reasons)
- Damaged products due to customer misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
